2 Days Rwanda Gorilla Trekking & Mount Bisoke, Epic Uganda Vacation

2 Days Gorilla Trekking & Mount Bisoke Hike Itinerary with 1 day gorilla trekking in Volcanoes national park and the second day is mount Bisoke hike also in volcanoes national park. The Bisoke volcano is a dormant volcano part of the 8 volcanoes of the Virunga conservation region of East and Central Africa.

Day 1: Mt Bisoke Hike

This tour starts with an early morning pickup by our company representative from either a hotel / Kigali International Airport for a transfer to Volcanoes National Park, Musanze province.
Reaching the Volcanoes Park Offices by 7:00 AM just in time for the morning briefing and registration before proceeding to the head trail – the Mt Bisoke hike starting point. With packed lunch and hiking gear, Engage in a half day hike to the top of this volcano, enjoy lunch uphill before retrieving the starting point; meet up with your guide for drop off at your lodge.
Dine and rest for overnight at The Garden Place (Budget), Le Bambou Gorilla Lodge/ Davinci Gorilla Lodge (Midrange) and Mountain Gorilla View Lodge/ Five Volcanoes Gorilla Lodge (Luxury)

Day 2: Mountain Gorilla Trek and Return to Kigali

Have breakfast and head for the Kinigi Park offices by 7:00AM; just in time for the morning briefing on the code of conduct when tracking for the mountain gorillas. After locating the creatures, take clear observation of their behavior while taking photographs and videos for this wonderful encounter. Later retrieve the starting point; meet up with your guide for drop off at either a hotel / Kigali International Airport.

Moses was there... read more at the airport to pick us up in Entebbe in our safari van, and showed us more of Uganda’s birds and wildlife than we had any right to expect. Hundreds of bird species, 9 primates (including chimps and gorillas), elephants, giraffes, antelopes of many kinds, hippos, rhinos, and both lion and leopard. This tour was an exceptional al value and a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend Epic Uganda Vacations and I, personally, will be traveling with them again.

Also got connected to their guide in kenya to take us to masai mara.
Evelyn in office made sure our car is ready at the pick up point and kept following if we were comfortable.
I would obviously recommend anyone looking to visit this clean and wonderful country to use this trust worthy agency.

Our driver Emmanuel was able to accommodate our early start where we got to see how... read more the coffee farms process from the field to the cup. We then took a boat ride to Lake Kivu where we had lunch. The entire day from start to finish was exactly what we were looking for.
