Safari overview:
This short tour will take to volcanoes national park well known as a home of endangered mountain gorillas in the country. The park is located in northwestern province of Rwanda and the tour begins very early in the morning to enable you catch up with time. The gorilla trekking activity will give you an opportunity to trek the endangered mountain gorillas in their natural environment.
This tour will start and end in Kigali city, the capital of Rwanda. Our driver guide will pick you from the hotel early in the morning at 4:30am after your breakfast. You will drive 116km journey heading to volcanoes national park taking 2-3hours. When you reach the park you will be briefed about gorillas and signed into different groups to trek gorillas.
You will straight away head into the forest led by the park ranger in such for these primates. This activity takes between 2-3hours depending on the movements of the gorillas. These hours includes 1hour interaction with these apes. You will transfer back to Kigali for your flight after the trek and that will make the end of the tour.
