Day 1: Travel to Serengeti national park
Be picked from the hotel where you will have spent the previous night. The journey gives you spectacular views of the extensive savanna stretching to the horizon. Arrival will be in the afternoon for lunch and some relaxation. In the evening embark on a safari vehicle for an evening game drive. This will probably become one of the best game drives you will ever have, spotting the big five animals is a guarantee. Spot the lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes, zebras and so many others. Returning to the lodge will be late in the evening for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Serengeti to Ngorongoro crater
After breakfast, have a morning game drive through Serengeti, this time not for the big game but rather for the great migration of the wildebeests and zebras, however you can also spot more lions, cheetahs and leopards. In the afternoon drive to Ngorogoro; often known as Africa’s Eden and among the world’s natural wonders.
Day 3: Travel back to Arusha
Early morning, drive along the crater to view this largest unbroken caldera with amazing wildlife diversity. Almost all wildlife species dwell in the grass and acacia trees around the crater except the Topis, impalas and the Maasai giraffe. On a lucky day you might even watch a lion attacking its prey. Later on drive back to Arusha for the flight back home or just to any lodge of your choice.
